Detecting online crime typically means knowing what to look for. Artificial intelligence that monitors any unusual behaviour can do it better – and step in when habits get out of hand.

1) “By monitoring frame-by-frame data from the game, Aric flagged unusual hikes in the accuracy of some players’ shooting. It was clear they had downloaded sharp-shooting bots to play the game for them, says Excell. Aric also noticed that some players were unusually quick to attack their opponents, suggesting that they were using a known cheat that made walls in the game transparent.”  It seems that a human would also be able to detect something is wrong, and this program is doing what a human could figure out.  What other applications might you use this software in?
