1) The article talks about a Dutch news service idea “called Blendle…that allows the Dutch papers – which have all signed up to the service – to charge small payments for individual articles.”  The articles sell for between 20 and 90 cents, and if you don’t like the article you can get a refund.  Why is this a good idea for news, or not?
